Terrasoul Superfoods is seeking a Fulfillment Associate who has excellent attention to detail to prepare items for shipment. You will be assembling, addressing, stamping and shipping merchandise or materials, receiving and arranging for the transportation of our products.

Job Responsibilities:
Examine shipment contents and compare with lot numbers such as manifests, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy.
Verified that quantities and products were accurate based off shipping documents
Examine and inspect stock item for wear or defects, reporting any damages to lead
Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials.
Pack, seal, label, and palletize materials for shipping, using hand tools, power tools, and electric pallet jacks.
Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.
Organize and maintain clean area according to SQF requirements
Minimum Requirements:
The use of gloves and lifting belt are strongly recommended. We suggest that you wear thick-soled shoes to cushion your feet. Dress in comfortable, flexible clothes for comfort. Don't worry our warehouse is climate-controlled for pleasant temperatures.
We will require you to pass a drug screening, background check and physical assessment.

- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- High level of detail orientation
- Enjoy being self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and enjoy moving around the climate controlled warehouse throughout the day
- Prefer at least 2 years in a fulfillment work experience or similar
- Must be dependable
- Must have an excellent work ethic and enjoy working on a team
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs, push and pull up to 200 lbs, be able to walk and stand/walk most of the workday. Will have pallet lifts, carts and jacks available for product movement.
