Summary: The Maine School of Science and Mathematics seeks a Full Time Maintenance/Custodial

person to work primarily in the residence hall and school-owned housing. This is a year round, 40

hours/week position that includes benefits. Some weekend and holiday work will also be required, as

needed.

The successful candidate must be able to work productively with little supervision, be experienced with

many types of maintenance work, and have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work on a stepladder,

when necessary.

Qualifications: A high school diploma preferred. The successful candidate must be organized, need little

supervision, have experience with housekeeping of a public building,

Compensation: Salary to be determined pending qualifications.
