Growing hi-tech manufacturing company seeks a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You would be responsible for interacting with customers on behalf of our organization, providing information about our products, take orders, respond to customer complaints, and process returns.

Our needs are diverse and while this position specifically seeks a Customer Service Representative who will focus on our customer, we strongly prefer candidates who have the ability to provide an mid-level ability to analyze data and can multi-task to support other sales and customer service responsibilities.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers
- Respond to customer requests
- Enter new customer orders, reconcile and maintain customer backlog
- Verify PO pricing, manage change orders and expediate customer orders
- Inventory analysis
- Some sales experience

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
