Job Description

Thank You for your interest in Anza Management, we are looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician.

Job Summary:

Performs basic apartment and related facilities maintenance in order to preserve quality

and value in the apartment property. Supplements maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to meet company standards and attract residents.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid California Driver’s License
  • Cover multiple properties in the Valley area. (this is a floater position)
  • Will be subject to a Background/Physical
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred

Responsibilities :
• Knowledge of installations and repairs in plumbing and electrical issues
  • Respond to maintenance requests of plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs in an apartment setting
  • Handle repair work on walls, floors, doors, and woodwork
  • Paint interior of apartment buildings and respond to safety issues
  • Document repairs and performed duties
  • Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes
  • Alert appropriate authorities of any malfunctions in the building
  • Respond to emergency situations in a prompt manner
