Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time and a Part-Time Pet Care Attendant at Springfield Animal Hospital to help us provide the best care for pets staying at our hospital.

This position supports pets staying in both our hospital and kennel. Among other responsibilities a Pet Care Attendant:

  • Walks dog
  • Cleans dog runs/cages and cat cages
  • Feeds pets in the kennel
  • Conducts 20 minute one-on-one playtime sessions with dogs and cats
  • Maintains the overall cleanliness of the kennel area
  • Bathes dogs

Part-Time: 15-25 hours per week. Weekends and holidays are required. We are seeking a candidate with an open & flexible schedule to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends as needed.

Full-Time: 32-40 hours per week. Weekend and holidays are required. We are seeking a candidate with an open & flexible schedule to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends as needed.
