JOB DESCRIPTIONFull Time Position Englewood Ohio.

We are looking for a Full and Part Time Retail Associates. Position involves selling shipping and packaging solutions to retail customers along with Faxing, Printing, and related items. Fairly easy position.

This is NOT a minimum wage position. Wage review at 30 days.

• Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
• May open and/or close the store and perform end-of-day accounting, etc.
• Understands and fulfills the needs of walk-in customers and telephone/email inquiries
• Follows and understands quality guidelines
• Helps with other Center functions as needed, such as faxing, copying, laminating, and binding
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
