Solution One Industries, Inc (SOI) serves the Federal, State, Local and Prime sectors by delivering management, training and logistics experience to enhance the technical, logistics support, and service capability of its clients. SOI has been providing administrative and management support, including engineering services, document management, base and logistics support services support to the Department of Defense (DoD), State and Local Governments, other federal agencies and commercial enterprises for several years.
The Stock Clerk will receive, store, maintain and establish storage for non?sensitive and sensitive items. Pull and process MRO’s and Walk?Thru’s for issue. Receive, Sort, Verify, Process, Documents on all turn?ins. IAW AR 710?2, AR 725?50, AR 735?11?2, DA Pam 710?2?1, DA Pam 710?2?2, TB 380?41,TM 38-400, AR 37?series, STAMIS, and other applicable regulatory guidance and established guidelines directed by the AO and COR.
Specific Responsibilities of the Job
- Segregate, palletize, store and relocate materiel. Palletize incoming shipments. Place materiel in assigned location within one (1) workday of receipt, label and input location into current STAMIS for record.
- Pick?up items processed from the Turn?In and receiving section for storage. Visually inspect materiel for damage or discrepancies, to include verifying accuracy of turn?in material against accompanying documentation, and verification of quantity, nomenclature, NSN, condition code (CC), unit of issue (UI) and other checks identified in DA PAM 710?2?2 before storing in location
- Store turn?ins of re?useable Class II expendable/durable items; Prep Class IIIP (packaged petroleum products) and transfer and/or send to HAZMAT for storage. This Class IIIP that is on the ISSA ASL must be physically handled and transferred by the ISSA personnel; Class IV fortification, barrier and construction materiel; Class VII vehicles and Class IX repair parts
- Perform sensitive item inventories quarterly. Sensitive items are defined as materiel requiring a high degree of protection and control because of statutory requirements or regulations; high value, highly technical or hazardous items, controlled cryptographic, and night vision devices. Sensitive item accountability is determined by stock record balances and inventory counts that indicate shortages and overages of sensitive items from quarterly inventories.
- Perform location maintenance on all stored items
- Complete schedules location survey’s with complete accuracy
- Locate, pull, and issue stored materials. Issue and input all transactions from Unit Level Logistics System, Contractor Level Systems and manual DA Form 2765 IAW AR 710?2.
- Verify a current signature card is on file [Notice of Delegation of Authority Receipt for Supplies (DA Form 1687)] IAW AR 710?2. With a copy of the Unit Commander's Assumption of Command Order.
- Verify and compare the accuracy of documentation and material prior to being issued.
- Maintain a daily log of customer utilizing this section. Escort and Assist customers as needed
- Perform preliminary review of stored materials before determining that the Material Release Order (MRO) is a denial. Pass the verified denials to Stock Control Section within one (1) day of MRO generation and in accordance with AR 710?2, AR 735?5, and DA PAM 710?2?2.
- Prepare, process, and file supportive documentation within one (1) working day of issue. Only IPD 01–03 requests of inventoried items (frozen) may be issued during inventory, unless otherwise approved by the AO.
- Retain or turn?in ASL items identified by the excess cycle, as approved by the Accountable Officer.
- Provide for the segregation of material by the condition codes assigned.
- Process all parts turned in by the customers. Place all parts processed in proper locations (storage or customer bins staged areas) and/or turned?in to the PSF activity as determined by disposition within one (1) workday.
- Verify that turn?in items, other than retrograde, are posted to the STAMIS System Availability Balance File (ABF) within one workday of turn?in. Post retrogrades within one workday.
- Ensure all proper forms and data is with the parts when turned in by the customer and kept on all the items when stored or awaiting disposition. Forms and data from turn?ins must be duplicated and stored properly for back up due to the weather elements.
- Input receipt transactions into STAMIS, SARSS1, using MROCS/PDCD, within one (1) workday.
- Receive, document, verify, identify, cross?reference, classify, sort, store and disposition retrograde and found?on?installation (FOI) materiel.
- Process HAZMAT IAW with applicable mandatory publications and any special instructions from the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Environmental Division and the AO, regarding the processing of HAZMAT, Segregate and safeguard HAZMAT (must be certified and designated by management)
- Perform other duties as assigned as they relate to the ISSA operations.
Knowledge/Skills Requirement:
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Great organizational skills and detailed oriented.
Complete documents and reports.
Working knowledge of Microsoft office system to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
Computer and office machine skills.
Basic math, problem solving skills.
Be able to operate warehouse operating software system such as: GCSS Army STAMIS System, SARSS, and/or CMOS.
Education
High school graduate or GED
Security
Willing to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card.
Experience:
Minimum of one to two years experience.
