Job Description
We have an immediate front office opening for a Front Office Assistant. This individual will need to have strong focus, the ability to multi-task and work closely with the field and management. This is a great opportunity to work with a stable and growing company.

Responsibilities
  • Provide an excellent first impression to our clients and guests
  • Maintain a relationship and follow up with clients
  • Data entry, report generation, and client file management
  • Work with field staff, obtaining and uploading documents and help scheduling staff
  • Maintain our office space, ordering and stocking supplies etc
  • Assist with coordination of team events and meetings
  • Maintain all internal calendars
  • Serve as internal liaison to insurance agents and adjusters
  • Troubleshooting of basic IT and office equipment issues, as well as coordination of those vendors supporting the IT and communication elements of the business
  • Cultivate positive relationships with our vendors, clients, and team members
  • Provide support in other functional areas, such as A/R, HR, Sales, and Marketing
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Standard working hours of 8am - 5pm M-F.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Comfortable with office technology - scanners, copiers, video conferencing technology, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Collaborative with a focus on relationship building
  • Strong time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Reliable transportation required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
