Job Description

Chick-fil-A at Carson Valley is currently looking for Team Members that are dependable, enjoy being a part of a Team, possess a positive attitude, have high integrity, are hard working and are genuinely interested in serving our guests and making a difference in the community


Chick-fil-A is looking for Full Time Team Members in multiple positions who want a career in customer service or the food industry. Flexible hours, great working environment, free employee meals, career advancement, and Sundays off. There will be opportunities to promote based on availability and work performed. Team Members are responsible for creating “Raving Fans” with every guest experience. We accomplish this together by developing trust with guests by providing quality food in a friendly, safe, and clean environment. Team Members ensure guests feel cared for by going above and beyond expectations. The Team Member also treats those they work with, as well as guests, with honor, dignity, and respect – all day, every day.


  • Ensuring that products and guests’ experience are consistent with our brand, culture, and standards of excellence
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with Team Members, guests and leaders
  • Courteously greet guests, take orders, explain and suggest menu items
  • Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning equipment, and restrooms
  • Stock products and supplies
  • Prepare, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Ensure compliance with Ecosure and Health Inspection Standards
  • Deliver 2nd Mile Service - Ensure guests feel cared for by meeting 2nd Mile Service requirements and going above and beyond expectations.
  • Always practice good personal hygiene.
  • Must be able to work in a high stress, fast paced environment.
