Role Description:

The role of the FOH Shift Leader is to oversee all production in the Drive Thru, Front Counter, and Delivery. The FOH Shift Leader’s top responsibility is to ensure production meets the demands of the business at all times. They are responsible for training, leading, and coaching team members to perform at a high level.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 
  Must have at least 6 months relevant industry experience.
• Be available to work 3-5 shifts a week, a minimum of 30 hours
• Competent understanding of industry standards and knowledge of food safety procedures.

Expectations:

• 
  Plans and details team member roles and responsibilities for each day prior to the shift.
• Designate new team members a Certified Trainer to train and teach proper Pathway procedures
• Maintain high level of Speed of service and order accuracy consistently
• Execute breaks in the proper time frame that are not a disruption to the business
• All checklists must be completed by the deadline for each day
• Oversees Drive Thru production and ensures it meets business demand
• Ensure labor productivity meets minimum hourly goals
• Embody values that support our culture of working together
• Engage, encourage and support the team
• Report any issues with our equipment to superior
• Maintain a culture of honor, dignity, and respect

• Oversee completion of required checklists
• Be present, visible, and available for your guests and team
