Front Of House Manager

We are looking for YOU! Come be a part of a fast-paced and FUN full-service restaurant environment! We are looking to hire a hard-working, self-motivated and high energy individual to join our staff as the new Restaurant Manager for Mazzy's Sports Bar and Grill in Roswell!

This position demands excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain our high level of standards. The Restaurant Manager must work well under pressure, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, reliable, and willing to work long hours. We are considering all experienced Restaurant managers for this position.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage overall operations under the guidance of the General Manager
• Purchasing, inventory control, budgeting, maintaining costs, controlling labor, scheduling, and follow safety / sanitation policies
• Prioritize completing tasks
• Ensure excellent guest experience
• At least one years of Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment
• Stress management/composure
• Proven leadership and time management skills
• Expert in proper food handling techniques and procedures
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
• Job Type: Full-time

Location: 6 locations (Roswell, Marietta, Norcross, Kennesaw, Milton, Duluth)

Not required to work at multiple locations but highly suggested.
