Front Desk/Optometric Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated, responsible and outgoing person to be a part of a great team. We are an optometric office in Edgewater, NJ that specializes in comprehensive eye exams.

We are seeking someone with a willingness to learn who also has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Some of your job responsibilities will include:

Making sure our front desk provides a professional and friendly service to our patients

Checking insurances and scheduling appointments

Taking patient medical histories

Instructing patients about medications, tests and procedures

Reviewing glasses and contact lens benefits with patients and helping them in optical department

Would prefer to hire someone with prior experience but are willing to teach the right highly motivated individual!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
