Front Desk/Night Auditor

Concept hotels is a young, exciting and GROWING boutique hotel company in Northern California. Each of our properties has a distinct personality that is expressed through design, amenities and service. We are looking for YOU - an energetic, friendly, detail oriented team players.

LOCATION: Alpine Inn & Suites 560 Carter St Daly City,CA

POSITION: Full -Time Front Desk/Night Audit

RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):
*Ensure proper completion of all front office and night audit duties
*Conduct the night audit accordance with company policies and standards
*Ensure the proper appearance of the lobby and all public areas, including the complementary breakfast area.
*Acts as the Manager on Duty (MOD)
*Be proficient on the use of property management system
*Be able to use all front office equipment such as credit card machine, copier and fax
*Handle guest complaints effectively
*Process reservations by mail, telephone, fax and central reservation system
*Fully understand hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows
*Process cancellations and modifications to reservations
*Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly and helpful to guests, managers and all other associates

Requirements:
*High School Degree or Higher & hotel experience (preferably 6 months + of hotel front desk experience)
*Effective Communication skills
*Friendly personality

*Reliable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.75 per hour
