Job Description
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a high quality of service offered to guests through the management of reservations, registration and guest accounting. The Supervisor must keep staff informed of all new policies and procedures, as well as help hire and train new associates at the front desk. Other duties include: Prepares department schedules; Generates reports; Assists with projects as assigned by the General Manager. The Supervisor may also be trained to perform the Night Auditor functions. Work shifts and hours vary, weekend and holiday hours required.

We look for team players who are willing to learn and who seek opportunities to grow. Prior customer service, supervisory, and hospitality experience is preferred.
