Job Description
We are looking for a Front Desk Sales Associate for our Orange, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Newport and Huntington Beach locations to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and handle all aspects of their experience.
We are looking for someone who is professional, enthusiastic, dependable and sales minded. Great entry level job for anyone who is looking to get experience in sales, marketing, administration, business, etc.

Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage appointment book
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and appointment dates)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival
- Provide information about our location and service offerings
- Promote our Wellness Program to first time guests.
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
