Job Summary
The full-time Front Desk Receptionist/Training Coordinator assists all Visitors, Students, Colleagues, and Guests in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner, while providing extraordinary customer service, which is part of our signature WOW! Magic. Demonstrates an obvious passion for working with people and is able to put the WOW! Magic philosophy into action. You will also play a key role in supporting administrative functions for training programs being facilitated online and in the classroom utlilizing our Relias Learning Management System.

What does a Receptionist/Training Coordinator do?
Front Desk
- Manages all calls professionally and efficiently
- Manages UPS, FedEx, USPS deliveries and calls Colleague for pick- up of packages
- Places orders, fills out and submits PO’s to finance department
- Creates and posts welcome signs for trainings
- Manages the professional appearance of the lobby area
- Supports tracking training compliance in Relias system
- Maintains documentation of administrative processes and procedures for the front desk.
- Filing documents appropriately
Training
- Supports the trainers in printing/copying and coordinating the necessary materials for facilitating all classes and equipment necessary. This includes setting up the classroom for New Hire Colleague Orientation.
- Create flyers and announcements for training classes internally and externally.
- Create monthly training/HR calendar to distribute company-wide
- Manages First Aid/CPR Certifications
- Create certificates for completed training
- Coordinate with Training Specialist and trainers to create annual training schedule and reserve rooms
- Manage booking for Training Room and Conference Room (203)
- Create customized training schedule for every new hire; schedule new hires for sessions through the Relias LMS
- Coordinates MAP Administration and logistics for training classes.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
