Job Description

ADMINISTRATION
Receptionist

  • We are looking for a Seasonal Receptionist ( May- October) to perform a variety of administrative tasks and concierge services.
  • Availability must include weekends and evenings (no later than 8pm)
  • Concierge/Reception Desk open 8am-8pm Daily
  • Duties of the Receptionist include working the Reception/Member-Services desk, providing support to our managers and members, and assisting in daily office and Membership needs.The ideal candidate should be friendly, responsible, well-presented and professional with excellent oral and written communication skills and able to organize their work using MS Office programs and office equipment. If you also have previous experience as a receptionist or concierge and/or familiarity with the hospitality industry we’d like to meet you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Answers incoming calls and route callers to appropriate extensions
-Act as the point of contact for members and guests
-Accepts and confirms reservations for dining room, fitness and member special events
-Provides information, including club communications/events/tournaments and other area events to members and guests
-Collects and posts outgoing mail, including shipping requests such as UPS , FedEx and forwarding mail for members
-Provide concierge services such as arrangements for airport transportation, boat rentals, zip-lining, etc.
-Maintains lost and found program
-Assist with correspondence and special requests as needed
-Maintain confidentiality
-Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-Friendly phone presence
-Working knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machines
-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and Power Point preferred)
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
-Attention to detail and problem solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Reception/Concierge/Office Assistant/Customer Service experience appreciated

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Holidays
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay

  • Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
