Job Description:

We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and who really enjoys working with people! Must be professional, out-going, and able to work on a long term basis. We are fun, energetic and love working with our patients and encourage you to apply to become a part of our amazing team! Patient care hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays 8-5 & Fridays 8-2. May require 2-3 hours on Wednesday's as well. Approximately 32-33 hours a week. Paid holidays, paid vacation time (up to 140 hours of paid time off) & 401k match benefits available. Pay is negotiable upon experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with any needed paperwork. Scheduling appointments. Verify insurance eligibility and benefits. Manage multiple phone lines, Scheduling, Collections. Explaining dental treatment to patients, explaining patients financial commitment, estimating insurance, scheduling appointments & collections of patients co-pays. Providing excellent customer and patient service is a must!

Positive and energetic attitude & enjoy working as a team! Desire to do your best and willingness to learn. Must be caring and patient oriented.

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers and employees are required to wear a mask while at work. Other COVID requirements as might be expected in a healthcare setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
