LifeSciences Imaging Partners is an outpatient diagnostic imaging center offering services including MRI, X-ray, EEG, VNG, evoked potentials, etc. We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to work in the Lewisville LSP location.

Every role has an impact on our patients’ lives, and you can make a difference. The Front Desk Receptionist will have a fast-paced environment with the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
-Billing/Insurance: Keep updated on current insurance requirements for verification/authorization. Understand the benefit structure of all types of 3rd party insurance.
-Knowledge/ability to obtain/verify insurance coverage. Able to obtain service authorization from payors to avoid future denials.
-Ability to determine payment requirements. Work with payment plan collection of payments.
-Assist in scheduling patients.
-Greet patients and answer phones and can operate a fax machine.
-Data entry: Update patient demographics and insurance information.
-Work with medical records.
-Daily interaction with other departments to assist patients and providers with problems or questions and act as a facilitator to resolve questions and concerns.
-Ability to provide great customer service and work as a team player.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
