Thriving Mortgage Lender in Augusta, has a Front Desk Receptionist opportunity opening up for someone who is an upbeat positive team-player to join our team.
Candidates for this position must have a strong work ethic, professional demeanor, be detail oriented, and the ability to work well with limited supervision, and as a team member.
Duties:
- Open new files and keep filing current
- Field and handle phone calls from clients
- Greeting Clients
- Order Appraisals, Title Work and Verifications
- Communicating with clients and keeping them up to date on their Loan Status.
- Assisting with Administrative tasks when needed
- Managing web based software.
- Keeping Office and work area neat and clean.
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech savvy
- Ability to multitask, work in an environment where frequent interruptions may occur
- Extremely organized with excellent project deadline skills
- Basic accounting skills preferred
- Can handle difficult customers with grace
- Proven ability to succeed
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Word, Outlook, Excel ) is a must.
- Managing deadlines

- Uphold Confidentiality at all times
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to professionally and tactfully communicate

Experience in customer service is a plus
