Job Description

Jaxson Maximus is an upscale gentlemen’s luxury style center, which will combine a complimentary bar, a best in class custom clothing space, and a fine men’s salon all housed under one roof. Our variety of services leaves our clients feeling relaxed, confident, and looking great.

Our diverse target audience includes white-collar business professionals, politicians, professional athletes, local celebrities, groomsmen preparing for their weddings, and other high net-worth individuals.

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company.

Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Work with our CRM system to schedule client appointments
  • Check clients in-and-outs
  • Respond to any phone calls, voice messages, emails, or any other forms of communication that might come in about appointments
  • Ensure store area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary equipment
  • Perform opening and or closing duties
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Help with accounts payable and sending invoices to various accounts
  • Assist in product shipments and logistics on orders

Skills

  • Able to work a flexible schedule, inclusive of evenings and weekends
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
  • Superior customer service skills and professional appearance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

*bilingual is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
