Westgate Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Manager for our Westgate New York City property, right in the heart of Times Square! You will be responsible for leading and supporting the front desk team, as well as providing a guest-centric approach to all inquiries. We are seeking a determined individual with previous hotel management experience that possesses outstanding leadership capabilities and has a high drive to be successful. Apply now!
Responsibilities
- Perform property inspections to ensure that service levels are of highest standards.
- Support Front Desk with any guest situations that arise
- Act as liaison between all departments to ensure proper communication and teamwork is taking place
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of units
- Interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving guest issues
Qualifications
- Must have open availability, weekends required
- Previous front desk hotel management experience required
- Manages four subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 20+ team members in the Front Office
