Front Desk Customer Service Representative needed. The ideal candidate is able to deliver the best customer service experience to anyone contacting our office either on the phone, by email or as they walk into the office lobby. We are looking for someone who exudes professionalism, enjoys client interaction and who identifies tasks around the office that need to be done without direction.
This Associate will have a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Answers phone with a positive and professional tone
- Place Customer Orders in a timely manner.
- Provide quotes over the phone
- Schedule automotive glass installer
- Receive and relays incoming calls and takes messages; directs calls of a general nature to the proper team member.
- Professionally greets and directs visitors, clients, and applicants to the appropriate team member.
- Candidate must have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and a desire for personal and professional growth.
- Fosters a personalized and helpful experience for clients, winning their trust and confidence.
- Be able to quickly determine the nature of objections and responds appropriately.
- Pro-active and committed to taking actions to resolve customer needs.
- Understands the importance of attention to details.
- Improves skills through practice.
- Applies new knowledge or skills quickly
We are seeking someone who is reliable and welcoming. Candidate must have a supportive and friendly personality and be comfortable interacting with staff members and clients.
Ability to work Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm.
This is a full-time position for immediate employment.
Eligibility for company benefits contingent upon completion of initial employee probationary period include.

Pay: $8.00 - $14.00 per hour
