Like shopping at Trader Joe's? Then, maybe you'll love working with us. We're looking for a dynamic full time receptionist to join the Monrovia Office Crew! The coordinator greets visitors, answers and directs phone calls, processes inbound and outbound mail and shipping, and takes part in running all aspects of our office operations. Other responsibilities include maintaining inventory of office and kitchen supplies, as well as other projects.

What you'll do:
- Greet guests, answer phones, and serve as the welcoming face of the office.
- Order and maintain inventory for the supplies in the kitchen & restrooms.
- Sort and distribute mail and packages.
- Make appointments for maintenance of office appliances.
- Balance workload tasks with the other front desk crew.
- Open, sort, and date stamp all utility bills for Accounts Payable.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- A professional, friendly demeanor.
- Excellent problem solving, communication, organizational and time management skills.
- A strong record of punctuality and reliability.
- Attention to detail - if supplies are low, the receptionist already has a refill in order.
- Flexibility to adapt to different situations and a great attitude.
- A valid driver's license and ability to drive the company car as needed.
- Must be able to lift 20 to 25 lbs without assistance.
