Job Description

The Concierge plays an important role in creating a high-end, resident-focused environment, as he or she is the first point of contact for many of our visitors. As such, a special emphasis is placed on exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. Daily responsibilities include greeting and directing visitors/callers and also providing both administrative and clerical support to members of the Meadowview team. A congenial, friendly disposition is a must, as are strong organizational skills. Concierges must be able to perform all of their duties in a caring, flexible, personalized manner. Dependability, accountability, and integrity are necessary for effective performance. Healthcare experience preferred, but not required. Must be willing and able to work with older adults in a residential setting with a focus on customer satisfaction.
