Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor

Night Auditor/Guest Service Agent Hotel

Compensation: commensurate with experience

Hours will be mostly 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am (30-40 hrs. per week)

As Night Auditor, you will maintain the professional financial standards of the hotel by managing end-of-day reports, ensuring accuracy, and reporting anomalies.

General tasks are:

Ensure the maintenance of professional financial standards throughout the hotel

Undertake a review of end-of-day takings against logged reports

Edit all reports to ensure accuracy and full completion

Investigate any anomalies found between daily reports and takings

Check guests in and out of the hotel

Handle cash and credit card transactions

Present a professional and friendly service to all guests

Other duties as assigned.
