Condominium association is looking for a front desk /assistant to property manager to manage the day- to- day duties of the property. This will be a full-time position with office hours of 9AM to 5 PM, Monday - Friday. Must be able to start immediately.
Office doors close to the public at 4 PM.
Job Duties may Include:
Assist manager in tasks as needed Weekly Accounts Payable, Send Notices / Mail-Outs, Update Forms as needed, Answer Emails / Phone, Projects as required, Coordinate with vendors/ collect license & insurance, Issue parking Decals and Passes, Collect Payments, Collect and process Applications, Attend residents and homeowners that walk in.
Experience/ Requirements:
Must be Bilingual- Eng/Spa. Prior office/admin experience- at least 1 year. Have an adequate understanding of condominiums and certain laws. Experience in condominiums. Customer service experience. Proficient with computers/ Office Equipment. Knowledge of documents needed for sales/ closings. CAM license a plus. Real Estate Contracts. Excel, google drive.
