Job Description
Position Specific Responsibilities:
- Operate the front counter area and serve as cashier on point of sale register
- Close Bike Repair shop and reconcile daily reports
- Maintain, organize, and inventory all equipment and workspaces within Bike Repair
- Monitor Bike Repair for vandalism and functionality, and reports any Bike Repair issues or equipment failures to the Supervisor.
- General clerical and maintenance duties including: answering phones, checking voicemails, picking up trash as needed, cleaning counter area
- Communicate with supervisors, noting problems that arise during shifts, equipment failures and other issues that affect the smooth operation of the Bike Repair.
- Complete all training requirements upon being hired in a timely fashion
- Ability to commit to working 10-20 hours per week
- Other duties as assigned
Expected Salary:
$12.00/hour
Minimum Requirements:
This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and will be employed through student Other Personnel Services (OPS) and must maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average. Registered students are employed on a part-time basis, up to 20 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrate previous experience with customer service
- Proficient with verbal and written communication
- Exhibit the ability to handle money transactions correctly and without error
