Job Description

United Methodist Homes, a nonprofit senior living organization serving its -140-year mission to provide relationship-centered care is currently seeking a Full-time Front Desk/Office Assistant to work on our Wesley Village campus located in Shelton, CT in our Skilled Nursing and Rehab Community: Bishop Wicke Health & Rehabilitation.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Clerical tasks, faxing, filing, etc.
  • Scheduling of appointments and transportation
  • Staff and Visitor Check In
  • Reception coverage answering phones, greeting visitors, etc.

Requirements:

  • Genuine love and respect for seniors
  • Ability to work every other weekend and holiday rotation
  • Willingness to undergo a complete background check, including physical and drug screen
