Front Desk Agent

SureStay Plus is looking for a qualified Front desk Agent to join our team. A Front Desk Agent Must be available weekends, holidays, & evening shifts. Must be 18 to apply. Must have experience with hotel front desk customer service, be able to multi task with answering phones, checking in guests, checking out guests, cash handling, and credit card processing, and communicating with other departments. Our goal at SureStay Plus is to make every guest feel welcomed and taken care of.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
