Job Description

Help drive our sales and grow the business within Franchise Sales. You will attract new clients by daily calling outbound leads sourced both inbound and outbound in strategic professional searches and build relationships with franchisee candidates who have interest in investing into a Brightway franchise opportunity for our Franchise Sales consultants. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and ability to demonstrate competency and capability in speaking the Brightway Insurance sales scripts, managing a variety of projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Will familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
  • Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
  • Contacting potential prospective franchisee candidates through cold calls and emails,
  • Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Collating and maintaining client information in the Salesforce/CRM database.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies,
  • Ability to turn cold and warm leads into opportunities for Franchise Sales Producers
  • Assist with ownership in drafting annual business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Identify new business opportunities and prospective Franchisee candidates
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and prospects


Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field and 1 - 2 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.

Essential Job functions
