Job Description

Central Transport is currently seeking full time Forklift Operators to fill immediate openings at our facility in Atlanta, GA.

We are looking for experienced, energetic individuals who like to work in a fast paced and challenging environment. If this is you, come and join us!

Positions Available:

  • Sit-down Forklift Operator with experience
  • Dock hand position - this is an entry-level hands-on position which requires stacking, wrapping pallets, sweeping, facility housekeeping, etc. With advancement opportunity to learn forklift operation. Hours and pay for this position will be discussed during interview.

Shifts Available: (Tues - Sat with occasional Mondays)

  • 12am (midnight) - 10:30 am
  • 2 am - 12:30 pm
  • 3 am - 1:30 pm

Forklift Operator- Loading/unloading and general care of customer freight. Light facility cleanliness/maintenance duties

Full-Time Forklift Operator Pay: $19.50- $23.50 (Guaranteed top pay after just 2 years!)

Job Requirements:

  • Sit -down Forklift experience
  • Ability to work in extreme weather climates (Cold/Hot)
  • · The ability to perform freight handling duties with sit down forklift
  • · The ability to follow instructions, either while working independently, or as part of a team
  • · Ability to work various shifts/nights/weekends
  • · Willingness/Ability to pass a physical and background check
