Forklift Operator

We are a growing company in the East Downtown Houston area. We specialize in manufacturing and installing equipment bodies on Class 8 semi-trucks and manufacturing trailers.

We are looking to add a FORKLIFT OPERATOR to our team! Primary duties employee will assume include: operating forklift, moving steel materials, loading/unloading trucks, etc. Some general labor may be required.

While not required, candidates with CERTIFICATION, and those who have experience operating other heavy equipment/machinery like bandsaws, punch press machines, will be given priority!

Starting pay is between $11-$16 per hour. Rate set is dependent upon work experience and results of the interview with management.

Must have VALID driver’s license and vehicle to get you to/from work! Those who do not, will NOT be considered for employment!

Must be reliable!

Must have a good work ethic!

Job Duties:

• Load and unload trucks
• Move and stack materials
• Rotate floor stock
• General housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned
• Follow current good warehousing practice
• Perform proper forklift inspections and follow forklift operating guidelines and procedures
