Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Dispute process and lifecycle and experience in quantifying economic damages and other financial analyses for use in litigation;
Corporate governance and SOX requirements with respect to executing a corporate investigation, including understanding the requirements under Section 10a of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, with respect to illegal acts; and,
GAAP and internal controls including understanding internal control methodologies, terminology and design effectiveness.
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Creating formal reports and analyses for use in litigation, arbitration, and mediation and for communicating to clients and/or Regulatory bodies by clearly and articulately presenting findings to client Boards/Committees and other interested parties;
Managing all aspects of client engagements including directing, reviewing, developing and managing technical staff;
Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;
Communicating value propositions;
Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections;
Preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials;
Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;
Directing and reviewing the work of staff members and developing thorough client relationships; and,
Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
