UNDER GENERAL SUPERVISION, SERVES AS A WORKING LEADER OVER ONE OF THE PRIMARY WORK AREAS THAT IS STAFFED WITH THREE OR MORE FOOD SERVICE WORKERS (CREW MEMBER) WHOSE GRADES DO NOT EXCEED: M-2 LEVEL FOR N-2 LEADER M-3 LEVEL FOR N-3 LEADER IN A BURGER KING, POPEYE'S OR OTHER FRANCHISE RESTAURANT. THIS POSITION REQUIRES ASSOCIATE TO BE FRIENDLY AND PASSIONATELY FOCUSED ON DELIVERING A PERSONALIZED CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. 1. PROVIDES WORK DIRECTION, TRAINING AND JOB ORIENTATION TO ASSIGNED ASSOCIATES. INSURES ADEQUATE ASSOCIATE COVERAGE IN THE WORK AREA DURING PEAK PERIODS IN ACCORDANCE WITH PRESCRIBED STAFFING GUIDANCE. 2. PARTICIPATES, ALONG WITH SUPERVISORS/MANAGEMENT STAFF, IN THE ESTABLISHMENT AND ACHIEVEMENT OF SERVICE AND SALES GOALS FOR THE FOOD FACILITY. ADVISES MANAGEMENT STAFF OF SLOW-MOVING, OUT-OF-STOCK, DEFECTIVE, AND DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. SOLICITS IDEAS AND SUGGESTIONS FROM SUBORDINATES ON WAYS TO IMPROVE SERVICE AND ACHIEVE FACILITY GOALS. RESOLVES CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AT THE LOWEST LEVEL AND INFORMS MANAGEMENT OF BARRIERS TO MEETING THE OPTIMAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. 3. INSURES RAW MATERIALS AND PREPARED PRODUCTS ARE PROPERLY STOCKED AND REPLENISHED TO MEET THE ESTABLISHED STOCK LEVELS. 4. INSURES FOOD PRODUCTION PACE IS MAINTAINED TO MEET REQUIRED STOCK LEVELS. 5. ADVISES SUPERVISOR OF ANY PROBLEMS WHICH MAY INHIBIT OPTIMUM WORK FLOW. 6. IDENTIFIES SLOW DOWNS AND MAKES IMMEDIATE RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE SUPERVISORS TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM AREA BY REPOSITIONING ASSOCIATES OR BY PERSONAL ASSISTANCE. 7. INSURES COMPLIANCE WITH FIRE, SAFETY, SANITATION, AND SECURITY REGULATIONS. INITIATES WORK ORDERS FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE. 8. INSURES COMPLIANCE WITH FIRE, SAFETY, SANITATION, AND SECURITY REGULATIONS. INITIATES WORK ORDERS FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE. 9. AS A LEADER, SETS THE PACE AND ALSO PERFORMS THE DUTIES OF FOOD SERVICE WORKER (CREW MEMBER) IN ANY OF THE ESTABLISHED WORK STATIONS, AS REQUIRED. 10. PERFORMS OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.ACTIVELY COMMUNICATES/PROMOTES THE BENEFITS OF THE MILITARY STAR CREDIT CARD TO CUSTOMERS IN ORDER TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH AND INCREASE CUSTOMER LOYALTY

EDUCATION: HIGH SCHOOL OR EQUIVALENT. GENERAL EXPERIENCE: MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN A BURGER KING, POPEYE'S RESTAURANT OR SIMILAR FOOD OPERATION. MUST BE CERTIFIED IN ALL WORK STATIONS. ABILITY TO READ AND INTERPRET INSTRUCTIONS AND TO PERFORM SIMPLE CALCULATIONS USED IN FOOD PREPARATION. SIX MONTHS IN A LEADER CAPACITY OR PER DOCUMENTED POTENTIAL TO EFFECTIVELY LEAD.
