Perform various cafeteria and patient food production and service functions. Cross trains and performs duties in other areas of Food & Nutrition and satelitte locations.

Qualifications

Education: High School graduate or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Three (3) years of food service experience preferred

License and Certification: ServSafe certification preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to read and understand oral and written instructions, and effectively communicate information. Basic computer skills (including opening/reading email, basic internet use).

Must be able to use basic arithmetic and be familiar with standard food weights and measures. Ability to read and understand oral and written instructions. Must be organized, flexible and a team player. Familiarity with food service equipment.
