Food Service Supervisor/Dietary Manager

Sunny Knoll Care Center, a 36-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Rockwell City, Iowa is accepting applicants for the Food Service Supervisor position.

The Food Service Supervisor will oversee the Dietary Department in scheduling, ordering food/supplies, participating in Resident Care Plans, addressing any diet or specialized diet, following direction of the R.D.L.D, taking into consideration Resident's food preferences.

The Food Service Supervisor will follow all State/Federal, safety and sanitation guidelines and be instrumental in acting in a Supervisory role as well as working along side the Cooks and Dietary Aides of the Dietary Department.
