We are a Sushi and Hibachi restaurant behind Cottonwood Mall.

Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Helps guests select food and beverages by presenting menu; suggesting courses; explaining restaurant specialties; identifying appropriate alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; answering food preparation questions.

Obtains revenues by totaling charges; issuing bill; accepting payment; delivering bill and payment.
Stays up to date on current menu
