Efficiently process guests’ orders to provide an experience thatexceeds their expectations.

ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaina professional appearance at all times, clean and well groomed as per standard.

• Knowand adhere to all pertinent company rules, processes and procedures.

• Followproper procedures in food safety and sanitation.

• Greetall guests in a welcoming and friendly manner.

• Ensurethat the area is clean and neat.

• Storeand maintain all equipment and supplies in proper fashion.

• Answerall guest questions, or refer to immediate supervisor if necessary.

• Exhibita good attitude towards guest and fellow employees.

• Operatea POS system and follow proper cash handling procedures.

• Followfood recipes and preparation instructions to ensure food products are preparedwith high standards of freshness and appearance.

• Followpreparation instructions and procedures to ensure consistency and quality inall specialty coffee products.

• Expediteorders quickly and efficiently to ensure accuracy and minimal guest wait time.

• Performany other duties as requested by the supervisor to satisfy the needs of thecustomer and the Horseshoe Casino.

• Mustbe able to work various shifts and hours to include holidays and weekends.
