Flower Shop Team Member

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and customer focused person to join our team. 3-5 days a week shifts can be from 9-2 (mother's hours) or 9-5. This includes possibly one weekend day and extra time during holiday weeks.

Daily tasks include:

• keeping the store area clean and organized
• assisting customers with orders and purchases
• maintaining greenhouse and plants
• pricing and restocking merchandise
• unboxing and cutting cut flowers
• answering phone
• designing floral bouquets and plant arrangements

Qualifications:

• customer service skills
• plant knowledge and gardening knowledge is preferred
• creative eye
• ability to stand for long periods of times
• ability to withstand the heat and sun in summer months
• car or means of transport to and from work each day
• a phone or means of communication
• willing to work extra on holidays and possibly one weekend day

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
