Flourtown Servers & FOH Roles

The Philadelphia Cricket Club is in need of eager, outgoing and warm personalities to join our Food & Beverage team in Flourtown, PA! This is an amazing work environment, overlooking our beautiful and nationally known Wissahickon golf course.

We are filling Server, Food Runner, and Busser/Server Assistant positions to provide world-class hospitality to our members and guests as part of their golf experience. The restaurant and bar is open 8+ months a year and also regularly hosts large outings, and parties into the holiday season.

Previous experience is preferred but not required, and you'll have the opportunity for training and growth into a Server role if you're interested. As long as you have a strong work ethic, enjoy being part of a team, and a natural love for customer service, the Philadelphia Cricket Club is eager to hear from you!

Servers at PCC are paid a higher starting rate of $16-18 per hour, based on experience, with no gratuity. All F&B staff split a quarterly bonus based on a portion of our sales. This is meant to encourage teamwork and provide consistent income. No more chasing tips or worrying about slow shifts - ask us more about this!

Server Assistant and Food Runner roles offer competitive pay based on skills and experience, starting at $14-15 per hour and eligible for the quarterly bonus.
