Flex Unarmed Security Officer - Worcester

Overview

PalAmerican is a growing security company, operating in over 16 states! We specialize in providing security solutions for healthcare, commercial, industrial, educational, and government facilities. Our dedicated management team is comprised of security professionals who have years of experience in the field – many of whom started as Security Officers!

Offering a Pay Rate of $17.00 per hour. No direct security experience needed! The Pay rate may increase up to $18.00 per hour with one year or more of Security experience to include Law Enforcement or Military Experience pending interview. This role may offer the opportunity for career development and advancement.

We are also offering a $500 hiring bonus for this position at this time ($250.00 after the first 90 days, $250.00 after the second 90 days)

Shift Availability: Flex Position - 1st Shift

Flex Position - 2nd Shift

Flex Position - 3rd Shift

This applicant would need to be agreeable to work the following:

• 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd Shift @ Fall River/Tauton/Brighton/Norwood
• Be open to working weekends/holidays
• 32-40 hours of work/week

What You’ll Do

• Maintain the security and safety of the hospital community
• Patrol the facility, ensuring the continual safety and security of all hospital staff, patients and visitors
• Maintain a physical presence within the hospital facility; serving as a visible deterrent to illegal activity
• Positively contribute to the overall patient experience by providing superior customer care
• Provide an empathetic approach to managing patient aggression
• Provide supervision for at-risk patients

What You Need

• A desire to learn about healthcare security
• Passion for helping people and creating a safe and happy environment
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• A High School Diploma or GED
