Fleet Porter - 2nd Shift

Provide A Ride is seeking a Full-Time Fleet Porter

• Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
• Must have a valid Ohio Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• The work for this position is performed outdoors- you will be exposed to inclement weather and temperatures*

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Pre-trip vehicles before departure

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect and replenish all fluid levels to manufacturer specifications on all vehicles in base parking lot
• Inspect headlights, taillights, tires, etc.
• Inspect vehicles for body damage
• Notify technician on duty of any problems found on vehicles
• Complete necessary paperwork assigned by supervisor and turn in at the end of work shift
• Inspect and replenish all stock fluids and supplies on pre-trip service vehicle.
• Keep radio contact at all times with operations and fleet staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience: Experience in basic vehicle and bus maintenance preferred.
