Responsibilities:About the Position:

Type: Fleet Coordinator – Full Time Temp for Clinical Trials

Location: Retail and other community environments in Charlotte, NC

Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm

Salary: $55,000.00 per year + years of experience

Matrix’ Clinical Trials Offer:

• Partners with leading medical centers, research institutions and vaccine trials to support the development process.
• Services to communities facing barriers in access to care, especially in minority and rural populations
• Increase the capacity of testing sites enabling increased trial participation

Qualifications:

Must Haves:

• Minimum 2 years of Fleet Management experience
• Must have either a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance
• Advanced computer skills including Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint

• Have the ability to travel either in state or out of state
• Valid state driver’s license
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with patient, clients and colleagues
• Have a positive and outgoing personality, and be a team player
• Be comfortable and flexible with frequent change

Work Environment

• Matrix staff works with a diverse member populations, in a variety of associated environment. Staff will be required to function independently with traditional resources, and Matrix specific technology.
