Fitness Manager

In this role you will be hyper focused on growing your club’s personal training business while developing your elite training staff to grow their clientele and increase retention through quality and extensive programming. Sales experience is required as well as having a personal training background.

Our Compensation:

Here at Crunch we structure our compensation to reward our employees for their dedication to client retention, personal growth, and educational development.

• Salary given to conduct initial fitness orientations
• 10 hours of personal training sessions per week
• Commission is based upon a percentage of new EFT sales
• Eligible for monthly bonus on total personal training club revenue
