Fitness Counselor/Membership Director

LA Fitness is looking for a responsible, organized, self motivated individual that is has a passion to help others through promoting health and fitness. The Fitness Counselor's main objective is to assist in driving revenue for the membership and personal training departments.

-40 Hours/week. Some weekend hours are required.

-Pay is based on performance (specifically the number of memberships personally sold each month)

-Half of each shift is assisting with front desk operations (greeting members/guests, answering inbound calls, renewing memberships). The other half will be spent making sales calls, assisting guests to enroll as a member, and business to business marketing outside of the club.

-With the future growth of the company coming in the Carolinas we are treating this position as a Management-In-Training opportunity as well.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,160.00 - $2,100.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
