The full time Assistant Manager position offers 40 hours per week, competitive pay and generous sales bonus opportunities. This position also offers medical/dental/vision benefits and paid vacation.

Responsibilities:

• Help customers find new sneakers, provide good customer service and perform cashiering responsibilities
• Help with visual merchandising and displays
• Be a good example and help the store Manager train the team
• Assist the Store Manager in managing the store: customer service, selling, visual merchandising, pricing the shoes, making store schedules, recruiting/hiring/training, etc.
