About the team:

Capco's Global Internal Applications team supports all 5,000+ Capco employees globally. Our Functional/Technical onshore team consists of five individuals that support, develop and control Capco's internal Financial and Human Resources systems. We also have significant offshore resources that provide helpdesk support, development and hosting of our core ERP system, PeopleSoft.

About the Job:

Capco, has an immediate need for a Financial Systems Manager in our Global Internal Applications Functional/Technical Team based in Orlando, FL. This position will assist in the support, implementation and administration of our growing internal applications suite.

The Internal Applications Specialist will be responsible for supporting all Peoplesoft installed modules and be able to apply financial accounting knowledge to application development, analysis, business process design, functional requirements, development, delivery, user acceptance testing, including internal customer rollout and training.

What You'll Get to Do:

• Support internal business systems for the Capco business community
• Information gathering, build user requirements and project manage various business development projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve user and system issues related to A/P, A/R, Asset Management, Billing, Expenses, General Ledger, Projects, Resource Management, Time Tracking
• Gather and document user specifications as a prelude to technical development
• Project manage requests from business specification to completion
• Create user documentation for future reference and external audit purposes
• Work closely with our internal clients supporting our in-house business applications
• Continuously look for potential process and application improvements

What You'll Bring with You:

• BS or BA Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Peoplesoft Financials (v 9.1)
• Experience in supporting Business and Financial software applications
• Working knowledge of accounting, finance and general business processes
• Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems
• Good interpersonal and communications skills (written and oral) and the ability to work with a wide variety of people across the globe
• Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment and with a sense of urgency, while juggling multiple projects
• Strong organizational and time management skills a plus
