The Financial Systems Manager is an integral part of the Finance team, and provides support to the Finance and functional organizations in the area of system requirements within the finance applications. This role will be a subject matter expert for the various modules within the system. This role will be responsible for configuration in the system, user communications, producing reports and analytics, providing project leadership, testing of changes and updates as well as coordinating data reviews, as applicable.

- Supports the Finance team and other teams as applicable with configuration changes in Sage Intacct, ENVI and other applications (collectively, Finance Information Applications) used by Finance.
- Recommends process changes; and innovative solutions to improve user experience and customer service; may take lead on Finance Information Applications product changes.
- Partners with configuration resources at Finance Information Applications and third-party consulting firms by initiating cases, testing changes, reviewing business process changes, and approving for production, etc.
- Communicates cases and project status with users, and ensure timely response and resolution of all issues.
- Develops/creates standard or custom reports. Work with stakeholders to create custom reports and various dashboards.
- Responsible for the maintenance and ongoing administration of the Finance Information Applications to support short-term and long- term goals.
- Maintains data integrity in the Finance Information Applications, regularly coordinates data audits, system implementations, upgrades, modifications and clean-up efforts.
- Develops and distributes communications to users regarding instructions, system outages and other changes.
- Successfully completes requests for data correction, organization moves, position updates; as well as any other finance applications related requests.
- Trains new Finance team users on Finance Information Applications functionality (including system security, user access and system changes) by creating and utilizing job aids and various documents.
- Identifies and creates Finance Information Applications user job aids as needed for employees.
- Manages required Finance Information Applications updates, enhancements, testing, validation and overall performance of the system.
- Reviews Finance systems integration error reports and troubleshoots findings.
- Reviews documentation of semi-annual releases and test system accordingly. (Communicate changes, as needed.).
- Partners with Finance leaders and other stakeholders to develop and enabled solutions by providing functional and technical requirements, implementing solutions and coordinate or lead projects as needed.
- Assumes the role of Finance Systems Administrator for all finance applications to include but not limited to adding, changing and deleting, user ID’s, passwords, role-based permissions, etc.
- Actively participate in Finance Information Applications local user groups, and other Finance Information Applications related groups.
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field required.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working in a mix of Finance and Financial Systems roles required.
- Strong proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, etc.) required.
- Experience working with finance leadership and global stakeholders.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Strong analytical skills required.
- Experience with Sage Intacct and ENVI, strongly desired.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong desire for data quality, a clear understanding of finance (Purchasing, Accounts Payable and Accounting) processes and requests completed accurately and timely.
- Exceptional attention to detail resulting in work with a high level of accuracy.
- Must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects successfully.
- Ability to appropriately handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Customer focused with strong communication skills.
- Creative and able to find successful business solutions for Finance Information Applications systems users.
- Must be able to complete projects and task with minimal supervision.
