As Financial Planner, you will identify, engage and communicate with clients. Qualified Financial Planner, candidates will have Sales and Customer service experience, be well presented, self-starters, organized and able to work with minimal supervision. Ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate and overcome objections.

The Financial Planner, will be responsible for meeting with clients, performing needs analysis and offering solutions to meet those needs, to negotiating and closing offers. Financial Planner, will be responsible for sales, attracting customers, your goal will be to always meet client's needs.   • 100% Commission only position.

Core Duties

  • Assesses performance of sales representatives by providing timely performance assessments.
  • Establishes account programs for sales representatives.
  • Become an expert in the areas of sales
  • Be able to make high volume of phone calls.
  • Multiple levels of experience: leveraging multi-functional resources, either selling a product, managing a category, or building sales marketing plans.
  • Follow up with potential customers after demos to close contracts.
  • Be able to own and drive processes independently, including looking for areas of opportunity to make improvements, conducting experiments, and making successful changes based on data.

Minimum Requirements - Experience

  • Must have sales background; insurance is a plus.
  • Insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
